Sherri

Sherri started her career in real estate in 1997 while working for a builder/developer in South King County. While managing the finance office and multiple single-family developments throughout the housing boom, she gained experience in land development and residential construction and sales. While working for the developer, she managed their rental properties and gained experience in property management. The last four years, she has been working with Lakeshore Properties and Patina Real Estate as a 55+ community manager and real estate broker in Silverdale and the Olympia area. Living and working in 55+ communities has given her expanded knowledge of the manufactured housing industry and its unique niche market. Her current property in Lacey is Laurel Oaks, a well-maintained, highly desirable gated community. Sherri truly enjoys working with people and finding them a home that genuinely fits their individual personalities and needs.
