Alison

Alison is a lifelong Puget Sound area native. She has listings throughout the Puget Sound and is very knowledgeable with the waterfront properties in the Bonney Lake/Lake Tapps areas, where she currently lives. Alison has a degree in communications and has numerous years in the marketing communications field. When she was a Marketing Manager for a new homebuilder, she realized she had a passion for the industry. She has worked under John L. Scott/Winderemere owners as a marketing coordinator/liaison between multiple Puget Sound builders.

After many years in the industry, she has an extensive knowledge of the construction process and buyers’ expectations with their new home construction experience.  She recently was the general contractor on her own new construction home on Lake Tapps. Alison is well versed in many aspects of the real estate industry, and is honest and straightforward.

Buddy

Buddy and his wife Marilyn grew up and raised a family in small towns on the Oregon coast.

They’ve now made the Puget Sound their home, enjoying the green trees, four seasons, and all that Washington has to offer.

Buddy has been in property management for more than 20 years. This past 11 years have included both listing and selling manufactured homes in the beautiful community of Orting, Washington, where he currently resides.

Debra

Debra has lived in Washington for the last 11 years. She has 10+ years’ experience in Commercial and Residential Property Management, most recently with Lakeshore Communities. She is the newest broker with Patina Realty, listing and selling manufactured homes in her beautifully maintained community Franklin Pierce Estates in Tacoma, WA where she also resides.

Deb really enjoys helping sellers list their homes and finding buyers that perfect home whether in her community of Franklin Pierce Estates, if available, or in a surrounding community that fits her client’s needs.

Molly

Molly has developed a wide variety of specific skills working in many different types of transactions from basic sales, short sales and foreclosures, multifamily properties, investment properties and 10/31 exchanges. She understands that today’s hot market demands the utmost in attentiveness and initiative. Rhonda

Rhonda has lived in Washington for the last 11 years. She has 14 years’ experience in managing property, the last nine years with Lakeshore Communities. She has spent the last eight years as a broker with Patina Realty, listing and selling manufactured homes in her well-maintained community of Harvest Manor Estates in Moses Lake.

Sherri

Sherri started her career in real estate in 1997 while working for a builder/developer in South King County. While managing the finance office and multiple single-family developments throughout the housing boom, she gained experience in land development and residential construction and sales. While working for the developer, she managed their rental properties and gained experience in property management. The last four years, she has been working with Lakeshore Properties and Patina Real Estate as a 55+ community manager and real estate broker in Silverdale and the Olympia area. Living and working in 55+ communities has given her expanded knowledge of the manufactured housing industry and its unique niche market. Her current property in Lacey is Laurel Oaks, a well-maintained, highly desirable gated community. Sherri truly enjoys working with people and finding them a home that genuinely fits their individual personalities and needs.

Danielle

Danielle grew up in Washington and has been doing real estate since 2017. After moving to their dream farm in Issaquah, WA, she found even more passion and drive to help families in their real estate needs.
